Editora Napoleão works to make you feel fully satisfied with your purchases. However, if you need to exchange a product, below you will find everything you need to know about our Exchange Policy.

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Our Service Center is available to help and guide you in cases of exchanges and purchase returns. We take the greatest care in handling and delivering our products, but some incidents may occasionally happen during transport to your final destination.

If you receive the product with the broken packaging, refuse to accept it. Doubts, questions, malfunctions or the product in disagreement with your order, please talk to our Service Center.

 

DEADLINE FOR EXCHANGE AND RETURN

The period for exchanging or returning products is up to seven (7) calendar days.

In the event of a defective product, the period for exchanging or returning the products by the customer is up to ninety (90) calendar days.
